A: We are a professional manufacturer and have our own factory. And we can supply one-stop services as a trading company if diverse goods are needed, such as eyelets or snaps.

A: Yes. We can provide customized machine per client's requests.
Q: What's your delivery time?
A: The delivery time or production time is about 15 to 20 days.
Q: What's your delivery term?
A: EXW, FCA, FOB, CNF/C&F, CIF, DAP...
Q: What's your payment term?
A: Usually 30% advance payment and the balance when goods are ready and after inspection, before shipment.
However, if total amount is small, we prefer 100% advance payment to help save bank charges for both of us.
Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A: Our machines have best quality and warranty is 12 months after shipment.
Q: How about your after-sales service?
A: Most questions during operation can be solved with our help with pictures, videos and Instructions. Our engineers are also available to service overseas to provide professional technical support if needed.
