Q2:Can we visit your factory before order?
A2:Sure. All new and old friends are welcomed to visit us at our factory. Furthermore, we can help you arrange the logistics and transportation if needed.
Q3:Do you have products in stock?
A3:Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock as we always produce according to order. However, if during fairs months, maybe have few samples back from fairs.
Q4:What's the MOQ?
A4:Well, the MOQ is different from 1 set to 10 sets according to machines size. For big size machine, MOQ can be 1 set.
Q5:How about your quality?
A5:We have been certified the ISO9001 Quality management system. Most products have been approved the Europe and American safety standard, including CE. 90% of our products are exported to more than 60 countries and regions around the world, especially to Europe, Southeast Asia and South America markets and always win high reputation. Q8:What's your lead time / delivery time / date for delivery?
A8:The delivery time or production time is about 15 to 30 days.
Q9:What's your delivery term?
A9:FOB Qingdao China usually, also can be EXW/C&F/CIF if needed.
Q10:What's your payment term?
A10:Usually 50% advance payment and the balance when goods are ready and after inspection, before shipment. However, if total amount is small, we prefer 100% prepayment to help save bank charges for both of us.
Q11:What's the warranty of your products?
A11:Our machines have best quality and warranty is 12 months after shipment.
Q12:How about your after-sales service?
A12:Most questions during an operation can be solved with our help with pictures, videos and instructions. Our engineers are also available to service overseas to provide professional technical support if needed.
