1.Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer and have our own factory. And we can supply one-stop services as a trading company if diverse goods are needed, such as buttons.
2.Can we visit your factory before order?
Sure. All new and old friends are welcomed to visit us at our factory. Furthermore, we can help you arrange the logistics and transportation if needed.
3. Do you have products in stock?
Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock as we always produce according to order. However, if during fairs months, maybe have few samples back from fairs.
4. What's the MOQ?
Well, the MOQ is different from 1 set to 10 sets according to machines size. For big size machine, MOQ can be 1 set.
5. How about your quality?

FOB Qingdao China usually, also can be EXW/C&F/CIF if needed.
10. What's your payment term?
Usually 50% advance payment and the balance when goods are ready and after inspection, before shipment. However, if total amount is small, we prefer 100% prepayment to help save bank charges for both of us.
11. What's the warranty of your products?
Our machines have best quality and warranty is 12 months after shipment.
12. How about your after-sales service?
Most questions during an operation can be solved with our help with pictures, videos and instructions. Our engineers are also available to service overseas to provide professional technical support if needed.
