Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer and have our own factory. And we can supply one-stop services as a trading company if diverse goods are needed, such as buttons.
Q: Can we visit your factory before order?
A: Sure. All new and old friends are welcomed to visit us at our factory. Furthermore, we can help you arrange the logistics and transportation if needed.
Q: Do you have products in stock?
A: Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock as we always produce according to order. However, if during fairs months, maybe have few samples back from fairs.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Well, the MOQ is different from 1 set to 10 sets according to machines size. For big size machine, MOQ can be 1 set; for small size machine MOQ at least 5 sets.
Q: How about your quality?
A: We have been certified the ISO9001:2008 Quality management system, ISO14001 Environmental management system, OHSAS18001 International occupational health and safety management system and Social Accountability 8000(SA8000). Q: Do you have professional engineers?
A: Yes. We have professional engineers and designers at our factory. We can provide OEM products.
Q: Can you provide customized machine?
A: Yes. We can provide customized machine per client's requests.
Q: What's your lead time / delivery time / date for delivery?
A: The delivery time or production time is about 15 to 30 days.
Q: What's your delivery term?
A: FOB Qingdao China usually, also can be EXW/C&F/CIF if needed.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: Usually 50% advance payment and the balance when goods are ready and after inspection, before shipment.
However, if total amount is small, we prefer 100% prepayment to help save bank charges for both of us.
Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A: Our machines have best quality and warranty is 12 months after shipment.
