Q: What's your delivery time?
A: The delivery time or production time is about 15 to 20 days.
Q: What's your delivery term?
A: EXW, FCA, FOB, CNF/C&F, CIF, DAP...
Q: What's your payment term?
A: Usually 30% advance payment and the balance when goods are ready and after inspection, before shipment.
However, if total amount is small, we prefer 100% advance payment to help save bank charges for both of us.
Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A: Our machines have best quality and warranty is 12 months after shipping.
Q: How about your after-sales service?
A: Most questions during operation can be solved with our help with pictures, videos and Instructions. Our engineers are also available by live video calls to provide professional technical support if needed.
