Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer and have our own factory. And we can supply one-stop services as a trading company if diverse goods are needed, such as buttons.
Q: Can we visit your factory before order?
A: Sure. All new and old friends are welcomed to visit us at our factory. Furthermore, we can help you arrange the logistics and transportation if needed.
Q: Do you have products in stock?
A: Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock as we always produce according to order. However, if during fairs months, maybe have few samples back from fairs.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Well, the MOQ is different from 1 set to 10 sets according to machines size. For big size machine, MOQ can be 1 set; for small size machine MOQ at least 5 sets.

A: We have been certified the ISO9001:2008 Quality management system, ISO14001 Environmental management system, OHSAS18001 International occupational health and safety management system and Social Accountability 8000(SA8000).
